Chelsea Byrd

Chelsea Byrd is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and events. Currently serving as the Marketing Lead at Brookfield Residential since May 2013, Chelsea has successfully managed the creation of printed marketing assets, organized VIP events, and developed schedules for model home openings. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager Intern at VisionPoint Marketing, where market research and SEO development were key contributions, and as a Marketing Intern and Marketing Assistant at The Solution Design Group, where Chelsea focused on sales campaigns and administrative support. Chelsea holds a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University, completed in 2013.
