Ted McKibbin

Ted currently oversees operations for Brookfield Residential's California, Texas and Arizona operations. Ted has spent the past 16 years in various executive roles for CalAtlantic Group, most recently as Western Regional President responsible for the successful performance of $2.8 billion in inventory across eight homebuilding divisions. Earlier in his 30-year career, he worked at Brookfield Homes as Vice President, Urban Development.

Ted earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California.
