Summer Sprenger

Summer Sprenger, M.S., is an experienced educator currently employed at Brookfield School since February 2020, where responsibilities include program development, presenting complex ideas, and designing curriculum. Notably, Summer spearheaded a literacy supplementation initiative adopted school-wide and has successfully transitioned to remote learning, achieving data-driven goals for student performance. Prior experience includes owning a small business, Confection, focusing on sugar cookie designs, and various educational roles within the Washoe County School District, where notable accomplishments included team teaching in a first-grade classroom and developing a lesson plan published by the Northern Nevada Writing Project. Summer holds a Master of Science degree in Equity and Diversity in Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Nevada, Reno.
