Maya Elliott

Maya Elliott serves as a Project Manager and Research Analyst at The Brookings Institution since September 2021, having previously held roles as Senior Project Coordinator and Research Analyst. Prior to this, Maya worked as an Early Childhood Development Consultant at UNICEF, where responsibilities included project management for a multi-country validation study and coordination of the Nurturing Care Framework. Maya's earlier experience includes an internship at UNICEF supporting early childhood development programs and a graduate study in International Educational Development at Teachers College, Columbia University. Maya's professional journey also features roles at BRAC USA, York English, and Blueprint Schools Network, showcasing expertise in project management, research, education, and early childhood development. Maya holds an MA in International Educational Development and a BA in International Relations & Arabic.
