Assistant Video, Sound Department at Brooklyn Academy Of Music

Cooper Gardner has gained extensive experience in the field of video and sound production. Cooper started their career at The Wooster Group in 2012 as a Technical Assistant, where they worked until December 2013. After that, they began freelancing as a Projection/Audio Technician for various clients, including The Public Theater, Sound Associates, The New Group, and New York Theatre Workshop, as well as corporate event clients. Cooper also regularly worked on system builds at Sound Associates, Masque, and PRG. In 2017, they joined the Brooklyn Academy of Music as a Stagehand and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Video, Sound Department in October 2019.

Cooper Gardner attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater. In 2009, they briefly studied at Waseda University, focusing on Japanese language and culture. There is no information available regarding the degree they pursued at Waseda University.
