Deiran Manning

Deiran Manning serves as the Executive Director of the Winter Harbor Music Festival, fostering chamber music collaboration among musicians in downeast Maine since January 2016. In addition, Deiran Manning works as an Accompanist at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music and has held the position of Vocal Coach for WHMF Community Opera, where responsibilities include coaching singers for opera productions. Deiran Manning also manages the annual concert series at Acadia's Oceanside Meadows Institute for the Arts and Sciences, a role held since May 2012. Previous academic involvement includes serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at New York University, teaching private and group piano lessons. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degrees in Piano Performance, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a Classics minor from Indiana University Bloomington, alongside an Advanced Certificate for Performers and Teachers in Piano Performance from New York University.
