Kim Glickman

Kim Glickman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and civic engagement, currently serving as Deputy Director at Brooklyn Heights Association Inc. since May 2022. Glickman has previously held significant roles such as Executive Talent Recruiter at Hillel International, where the recruitment of a Content Development Director for addressing antisemitism on campuses was a notable achievement. Additional experience includes consulting for Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America and UNICEF USA, along with a strong background in executive search and business development from positions at PBR Executive Search and American Express. Glickman holds an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies from Duke University.
