Fabio Sartori has worked in various customer success roles since 2004. Fabio began their career as a Software Support Engineer at Mercury Interactive in 2004. In 2006, they moved to HP Software, where they held roles as a Product Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2013, they returned to Apptio as a Customer Success Manager, and subsequently held roles as a Customer Success Advisor, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager until 2016. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Fuze. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at SAP Signavio as a Customer Success Partner Advisor and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager Lead at Brooklyn Vendor Assurance.
Fabio Sartori's education history includes a Laurea in Computer Science from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia between 1994 and 2000. Fabio has also obtained several certifications, including a Certified TBM Executive (CTBME®) from the Technology Business Management Council in 2017, a Certified Support Processional (CSP) from SSPA, an ITIL V2 Foundations Certificate in Service Management from ICMB, and an ITIL V3 Foundations Certificate from ISEB.
