Braxton Davies

Braxton Davies is an experienced finance and operations professional currently serving as the COO of Brooks Pest Control since September 2017. Prior to this role, Davies was the Manager of Asset Management at Pioneer Road Properties, LLC, overseeing real estate acquisitions and renovations from March 2014 to August 2017. Additional experience includes a Financial Analyst Internship at Honeywell, contributions in private equity at XIO Group, and co-founding both Notion Threads, LLC, where Davies secured seed funding and directed product development, and Arete Enterprises, LLC, a landscaping business that grew to over 300 customers. Education was completed at Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, earned in 2017.
