Dale Grandlic

Dale Grandlic is a seasoned executive in facilities management with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Facility Services at Brookshire Grocery Company since March 2024, Dale has previously held key leadership roles including Vice President of Facilities Management at Rush University Medical Center, National Director of Facilities and Engineering at Tenet Healthcare, and Vice President/System Director of Facilities Management for Adventist Health at JLL. With a strong foundation in operational excellence and regulatory compliance, Dale has successfully managed large teams and complex facilities across various healthcare settings, driving improvements in service levels and cost efficiency.
