Gregory Griffin

Director of Flavor Research and Development at Brookside Flavors & Ingredients

Gregory Griffin began their career in 2008 as a Petroleum Chemist at Navistar/International. Gregory also served as a Research Assistant at Roosevelt University Biological Sciences in 2008. In 2009, they became the Director of Flavor Research and Development at Brookside Flavors and Ingredients, where they developed new flavors and flavor delivery systems, oversaw R&D, and was a certified Flavor Chemist. Gregory also conducted taste tests of flavors.

Gregory Griffin attended Roosevelt University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a BS in Biology and a BS in Chemistry. Gregory subsequently obtained a Certified Flavor Chemist certification from the Society of Flavor Chemists Inc. in October 2020, and is an Advanced SQF Practitioner.
