Jovany Chanying, CCS has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2014, they served as an Extern at Bouley NYC. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Culinary Co-Op at Campbell Soup Company, where they supported multiple business units and ideated and developed initial product ideas based on business needs. Lastly, from 2015 to present, they have been the Manager of Flavor & Culinary Applications and Product Development & Culinary Applications at Brookside Flavors and Ingredients.
Jovany Chanying obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science from The Culinary Institute of America in 2014 and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the same institution in 2012. Jovany also holds a CCS certification from the Research Chefs Association.
