Chef Paul is a Columbus Native, he began his culinary career at Brookside Golf and Country Club as a young chef. He was with Brookside for eight years and left to pursue other culinary opportunities in kitchens throughout Ohio and Michigan. Chef Paul was excited to return to Brookside in 2019, this time as Executive Chef, to serve the club's members and guests. Chef Paul graduated from the Columbus Culinary Institute in 2008.
