Nico Costa

Nico Costa has a diverse work experience. Nico started as an Intern Manager at Kingland Systems in 2015, then transitioned to a Business Analyst role at Target for a brief period before returning to Kingland Systems as a Business Analyst. In 2016, Nico joined Brooksource as a Technical Recruiter. Nico then worked their way up to become an Account Executive and later a Senior Account Executive. In 2019, Nico took on the role of Market Director - Milwaukee at Brooksource, where they were responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and Delivery Engineers, managing market operations, and driving business development strategies.

Nico Costa has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Des Moines Area Community College.
