Lenore Crowder

Lenore Crowder has a diverse background in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as a Night Auditor at Brookstreet Hotel since February 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Guest Service Agent at Comfort Inn from April 2015 to February 2021, and a role as Coordinator at the Oakville Museum during a work placement in early 2014, where coordination of Doors Open Halton Region was undertaken. Lenore completed a Tourism & Travel course at Sheridan College between January 2013 and June 2014, during which a placement at the Oakville Museum was completed as well. Previous roles include cashier duties at Dollarama from April 2008 to December 2012 and working as Santa's Elf at Pembroke West End Mall in late 2006 and 2007, enhancing customer service skills through various interactions. Lenore holds a High School Diploma from General Panet High School, obtained in 2002.
