Gurmit Shakhon

Gurmit Shakhon is a seasoned design professional with a robust background in leadership and innovative projects. As the Founder of Bros&Co since May 2021, Gurmit established a platform for designers committed to achieving a net-zero future. Currently serving as a Design Expert for the Design Council, Gurmit focuses on advocating for change and shaping government policy towards a regenerative future. Additional roles include Design Advisor at Brunel University London, providing insights into technology innovation, and a history of impactful positions in design and consulting, including Global Head of Design at HSBC and Lead Service Designer at the UK Ministry of Justice. Gurmit holds a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Technology and Design from Brunel University London, attained in 2007.
