Sean Delaire

Sean Delaire is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background in food, hospitality, and organizational development. As the Founder and CEO of Brotaco Foods since May 2020, Sean emphasizes the spirit of Americana through culinary experiences. Sean's previous roles include Kitchen Manager at The Atlantic Crossing Pub, Executive Director and Founder of Left Right Straight, and various positions in veteran support organizations such as Peer Advisor with PAVE and Social Media Manager at Olympic College Military and Veteran Programs. Additionally, Sean hosted The DELAIREOUS Podcast, focusing on impactful community members. With a solid educational foundation including an Associate in Applied Science in Leadership and Occupational Studies and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Olympic College, Sean possesses a well-rounded skill set in leadership, community engagement, and organizational development.
