Cecilia Eneman

Cecilia Eneman is currently serving as Tf ekonomichef at Brottsförebyggande rådet (Brå) since August 2023. Concurrently, in 2023, Cecilia worked as an expert in the government inquiry regarding strengthened management against gender-related violence and served as Chefsjurist och enhetschef at Regeringskansliet until April 2024. Prior roles include authoring commentary on select chapters of the Swedish Penal Code at JP Infonet AB and holding multiple positions at Regeringskansliet's Justitiedepartementet from 2015 to 2023, culminating as Ämnesråd (Director) and Kansliråd (Deputy Director). Cecilia has provided expertise on various significant inquiries, including issues related to honor crimes and protection for children witnessing crimes. Previous experience also includes roles in the courts and as a legal advisor in the Finance Department. Cecilia earned a Jur.kand. degree from Uppsala University and studied at the University of Toronto.
