Kerry McCloskey

Kerry McCloskey has extensive experience in the performing arts sector, with a career spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Broward Center for the Performing Arts since July 2007, roles have included Senior Operations & Event Services Manager, Operations & Event Services Manager, Associate Event Services Manager, and Technical Director at Aventura Arts & Cultural Center. Key responsibilities include supervision, training, and recruitment of staff, as well as the management of performance scheduling and event execution. Additionally, Kerry has worked as a freelance Lighting Designer for notable events and as Stagehand at various venues including Kravis Center and Bailey Concert Hall. Educational qualifications include an ongoing degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University and an Associate of Arts in Technical Theatre from Broward College.
