Kimberly McCarey

Kimberly McCarey has extensive work experience in various roles. Kimberly started their career at Toys 'R' Us, Stern's, and Burdines as a Retail Manager from January 1994 to April 1999. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling staff. Kimberly also ensured accurate payroll reporting for their subordinates.

Kimberly also updated, interpreted, and administered college policies and procedures related to classifications, compensation proposals/pay grades, and the Total Rewards Program for administrators and staff.

Kimberly McCarey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 1991 to 1993. Kimberly later obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University, graduating from 2009 to 2011.
