Torey Brignolo

Torey Brignolo has held various roles throughout their work experience. They started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee from October 2011 to February 2013. They then worked as an Admissions Advisor at Kaplan University from May 2013 to July 2016. Following this, they joined the University of Miami UOnline as an Online Enrollment Advisor from July 2016 to February 2021, and later became a Senior Online Enrollment Advisor from August 2019 to February 2021. Currently, Torey is working at Broward College, where they began as a Manager of Contact Center Operations from February 2021 to July 2022, and are now in a role as Senior Director of Contact Center Operations starting from July 2022 onwards.

Torey Brignolo obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2011. Later, Torey earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Higher Education/College Administration and Leadership from Kaplan University between 2014 and 2015. In March 2016, Torey also received the Florida Education Statement of Eligibility certification in Business Education & Marketing.
