Dafne Militano Anderson

Dafne Militano Anderson currently serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Dafne held the position of Senior Event Manager at CSI DMC for a brief period in late 2019 and worked as an Event Manager at the same convention center from December 2016 to December 2019. Dafne's extensive experience includes acting as the Associate Director of Operations at Diva Production from 2012 to 2015, Catering & Social Sales Manager at Trump International Beach Resort from 2008 to 2011, and Sr. Catering & Special Event Sales Manager at Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design between 2003 and 2008. Additionally, Dafne was the Regional Manager for FIT and Group Sales at Alpitour from 1995 to 2003 and served as an Assistant Stage Director at Opera House Bonn from 1993 to 1995. Early in the career, Dafne worked as a Tour Coordinator at Club Med in 1992. Dafne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Film and Media from Sapienza Università di Roma.
