Ellianna Dorvil, LMFT, currently serves as Shelter Administrator at The Broward Partnership, overseeing the daily operations of the Homeless Assistance Center, which offers Low Barrier/Housing First emergency shelter and supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Broward County. With a background that includes roles as Director of Housing Services and Director of Program Services at the same organization, Ellianna has extensive experience in housing case management, workforce development, and behavioral health services. Previously, as Program Coordinator Supervisor at Family Central, Inc., Ellianna provided clinical supervision for Intensive Family Preservation Services, ensuring at-risk families received necessary stabilization services. Ellianna began their career as a Case Manager at Chapman Partnership, where comprehensive case management services were provided to individuals and families.
