Joseph Fiorello

Joseph Fiorello has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Joseph currently serves as the Vice President of Underwriting at Brown & Brown Insurance, where they focus on developing client management teams and creating superior customer experiences. Prior to this, they worked at OneDigital Health and Benefits Northeast as a Principal / Practice Leader, where they developed and executed custom strategies to meet client goals. Joseph also held roles at OneDigital Health and Benefits and OneDigital Health and Benefits Northeast as a Key Account Financial Consultant and Senior Consultant respectively. Additionally, Joseph has experience as an Underwriting Manager at Diversified Group and as an Underwriter at Oxford Health Plans. Joseph started their career as an Office Manager at Kershner-Fiorello Insurance Company and as a Premium Auditor at New England Insurance Services, Inc. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated expertise in financial performance, strategic planning, underwriting methodology, and client relationship management.

Joseph Fiorello attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1990 to 1991, where they studied Mathematics. Joseph then transferred to the University of Connecticut from 1991 to 1993 to continue their Mathematics studies.
