Rashad Cobb

Rashad Cobb serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Brown County United Way, contributing to the organization's strategic direction and leading various teams focused on Community Impact, Resource Development, and Communications & Marketing since September 2022. Previously, Rashad held significant roles at the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, including Director of Equity & Community Initiatives and Community Engagement Program Officer, where efforts focused on equitable practices and nonprofit capacity building. Rashad's experience also includes positions at the Boys and Girls Club Green Bay as Education & Career Development Coordinator and Health & Life Skills Coordinator, as well as job development roles at Forward Service Corp and Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin, supporting low-income families and individuals. Rashad's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business and Supply Chain Management from Marquette University.
