Javier Mendoza

Javier Mendoza is a seasoned professional in compensation and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Total Rewards Business Partner for Latin America at Brown-Forman since August 2021. In this role, Javier manages global annual processes, acts as a Market Pay subject matter expert, and oversees salary survey processes. Javier began the career as a Compensation Analyst at Grupo Fármacos Especializados, focusing on staff validation and job offer evaluation. Javier holds a Licenciatura in Human Resources Management from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, earned between 2010 and 2016.
