Risa Foster

Risa Foster, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Director at Brown-Forman, where responsibilities include acting as a strategic HR business partner for the Japan organization and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Previously, Risa held the position of Director, Human Resources and Customer Care Services at Lands' End, overseeing HR and customer care functions for the Japan office.
