Gregory Wolkoff

Gregory Wolkoff is a seasoned professional in real estate investment banking, currently serving as Vice President at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company since November 2018. In this role, Gregory specializes in providing comprehensive capital markets services, including real estate advisory and financial restructuring, to middle market clients. Prior to this position, Gregory held various roles at Sterling Organization from January 2014 to October 2018, culminating in the role of Vice President of Operations, where contributions were focused on value-add retail real estate investments. Earlier experience includes financial analytical positions at DDR Corp. and a sales and marketing internship at Diamond Hill Investments, in addition to an assurance internship at PwC. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
