Stephen D. Scharafin

Stephen Scharafin is a Director and senior member of BGL’s Consumer team focusing on Food & Beverage. He advises clients on strategic and financial alternatives, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, divestitures, and recapitalizations. Stephen focuses predominantly on branded and private label CPG companies, as well as contract manufacturers.

Prior to joining BGL, Stephen spent time at Cascadia Capital and First Beverage Group in Los Angeles, focusing entirely on the food and beverage industry. Stephen began his career in the Transaction Services group at PwC.
