Seth Breland

Seth Breland has extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and management. Currently serving as the Lead Heavy Equipment Operator at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC since February 2021, Seth oversees the operation and maintenance of various heavy equipment and is involved in building and demolishing sub-line and pipeline. Prior to this role, Seth worked at Shale Support, LLC as a Dredge Operator, where responsibilities included maintaining and operating dredges and meeting daily production targets. Seth also held the title of Plant Operator, focusing on the maintenance of plant operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Healthcare Services Group, Inc., and as a General Helper and Welders Helper at Universal Services. Seth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Pearl River Community College, graduating in 2022.
