Michael Cohen

Michael Cohen is a Partner in Corporate and Capital Markets at Brown Rudnick LLP. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Michael held positions at Gesmer Updegrove LLP as an Associate in Business Law and at VC Ready Law Group, LLC as a Member. Michael has a J.D. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in Economics, Management, and Political Science from McGill University. With experience working with venture capitalists and start-up companies, Michael provides legal and organizational guidance to Boston-area entrepreneurs.
