Clay Snyder

Clay Snyder is an experienced finance and operations professional with a robust background in modular building solutions and financial consulting. As the Owner of River Valley Developers LLC since 2013, Clay provides modular building solutions to land developers for single and multi-family homes. In addition, Clay has held the role of Senior Manager at Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz since 2010, offering CFO and Controller functions along with consulting services. Through Snyder CFO Services LLC, established in 2010, Clay delivers temporary financial expertise and operational reviews. Previously, Clay served as Executive Officer/CFO at ProBuilt Homes, Inc. and as Chief Financial Officer for Professional Building Systems, Inc., overseeing financial operations in the modular home manufacturing sector. Clay has a solid educational foundation with an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
