Anthony J. Caleca

Tony is the Managing Partner of Brown Smith Wallace where he leads a team of nearly 350 talented professionals and support staff. Tony is responsible for ensuring Brown Smith Wallace supports and impacts the growth and success of its clients, colleagues and communities. He oversees the firm’s strategy, revenue growth, service offerings, quality control, staff development and community awareness.

Prior to becoming Managing Partner in 2016, Tony was the Partner in Charge of the Brown Smith Wallace Audit Practice, where he developed a strong background in business and cash flow management, family tax and succession planning, project management, staff development, financing and management consulting. He worked closely with a variety of privately held companies and private equity firms, serving organizations in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, service, technology, financial services, transportation, private school and not-for-profit industries in all facets of their businesses. Tony has worked side by side with numerous clients through sales and acquisitions of businesses. These transactions exceed $1.5 billion in cumulative proceeds. In the transaction process, Tony serves as the quarterback of the numerous Brown Smith Wallace service teams involved in assisting clients.
