Mark Susemichel

Mark Susemichel has a strong background in real estate development and investment management. Mark has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2013 to present, Mark has been the Chief Development Officer at Browning Investments, where they oversee industrial and office development and manages joint venture partnerships. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they served as the Head of Investment Management for the US portfolio of Amanah Global Property Income Fund, a flagship real estate product of HSBC. From 2001 to 2009, Mark was the Vice President of Capital Deployment at Lauth Property Group, where they were responsible for asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture partnerships. Mark started their career at Duke Realty Corporation in 1993, where they worked in industrial leasing and development, acquisitions, and reporting. Overall, Mark has extensive experience in real estate development, investment management, and strategic partnerships.
