Jason Wells

Jason Wells is an experienced engineering executive currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Browserbase, a cloud-based developer platform for headless browser automation. Previously, Jason co-founded MakerNet.work, a nonprofit tech startup aimed at connecting independent makerspaces worldwide with employers seeking fabrication skills. As a Senior Director of Engineering at Twilio Inc., Jason contributed to a leading cloud communication platform, while also holding the position of VP of Engineering at Zinio, a prominent digital magazine distributor. Earlier in Jason's career, the role of VP of Special Projects at Semantic AI involved developing visual intelligence software for the US intelligence community. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from UC San Diego.
