Jasmine Kaur Nandi

Jasmine Kaur Nandi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jasmine joined BrowserStack in 2022, where they currently work in the Learning| People Team. Prior to this, they worked at Rentokil PCI from 2016 to 2022, starting as an Assistant Manager and later transitioning to the role of Learning and Development Manager. During their time at Rentokil PCI, they were involved in creating and facilitating ILT content, launching an LMS, developing engaging learning solutions, and more. Before Rentokil PCI, they worked at Pest Control India (Pvt) Ltd as a Sr. Executive in Learning & Development, where they played a key role in the organization-wide ERP launch project and achieved training targets for branches and employees across India. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Career Consultant at TeamLease Services Limited and as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant at Symmetrical Management Consulting. Jasmine started their career at Microland as an HR Executive-Generalist, where they received client appreciation for their HR initiatives and HR connect sessions.

Jasmine Kaur Nandi began their education at St. Marks Janakpuri, where they completed their high school education from 1990 to 2005. Following this, they enrolled in Delhi University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Life Sciences from 2005 to 2008. Afterward, they attended ICFAI Business School Bangalore from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in HR. In terms of additional certifications, Jasmine earned a certification in "Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization" from LinkedIn in January 2023.
