Pradeep Jha

Pradeep Jha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pradeep is currently working as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at BrowserStack since October 2022. Prior to this, from November 2017 to October 2022, they held the role of Customer Success Manager at Zscaler. In this role, they were responsible for transforming customer engagement from a reactive to a proactive mindset.

Before joining Zscaler, Pradeep worked as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer at Verikraft Pvt Ltd from September 2015 to November 2017. Pradeep'smain responsibilities involved managing the on-boarding process for new clients and providing support and management for a unified communications platform called On-Avaya.

From June 2014 to September 2015, Pradeep worked as a Sr. Analyst at eClerx, where they assisted end users in troubleshooting issues and ensured timely issue resolution for a US-based internet service provider company.

Prior to eClerx, Pradeep gained valuable experience as a Tech. Support Associate at Dell from October 2010 to May 2014. In this role, they effectively managed a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment, consistently meeting performance benchmarks and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Pradeep's career started in 2008 as a Telemarketer at e3R Info System Pvt Ltd. Pradeep then transitioned to the role of a Customer Service Representative at Tech Mahindra from September 2009 to July 2010.

Throughout their professional journey, Pradeep has demonstrated strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to handle escalated issues.

Pradeep Jha completed their Bachelor's Degree in BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) from SMU INDIA, from the year 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their Intermediate (10+2) education in the field of Non-medical from GMSS-10, from the year 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Pradeep Jha has obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they completed the certification course "Exploring CI: Continuous Integration & CI Tools" from Skillsoft. In August 2022, they acquired the certification "Agile Foundations: Fundamentals" from the same institution. Further, in September 2017, Pradeep Jha obtained the "Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)" certification from Red Hat. Additionally, they obtained the "ZCCA-PA" certification from Zscaler in April 2020 and the "ZCCA-IA" certification in January 2020, also from Zscaler.
