Shruthi Thandesh

Shruthi Thandesh has a diverse work experience in customer success and customer service roles. Shruthi currently works as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at BrowserStack since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Freshworks as a Customer Success Specialist from October 2021 to February 2022, and as a Customer Success Associate from October 2020 to October 2021. Shruthi also worked at Klenty as a Customer Success Manager from March 2019 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Campus Ambassador at VIBRANCE VIT CHENNAI from January 2019 to March 2019. Shruthi also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Nando's Australia from November 2017 to July 2018, and at SumoSalad™ from April 2015 to October 2017.

Shruthi Thandesh attended Frank Anthony Public School in Bangalore from 2010 to 2013. After completing their schooling, they moved to Canning Vale College, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, Shruthi Thandesh enrolled at Deakin University from 2017 to 2020, where they focused on the field of Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
