Thong Pritchard

Thong Pritchard is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and generalist roles. Currently serving as an IT Generalist at Brox Industries, Inc. since January 2019, Thong has previously held positions as a Helpdesk Analyst at Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England from July 2017 to December 2018, and as a Help Desk Representative at Harvey Building Products from January 2012 to July 2017. Thong began a career in IT support with Volt/Raytheon as a Contracting Helpdesk Level 1 Support specialist from August 2009 to December 2010. Thong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Belmont University.
