Rosa María Rodríguez

Rosa María Rodríguez has extensive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and development. Rosa María is currently the Head of People at Broxel since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rosa María held the position of Head of Human Capital for Digital Banking and Data Intelligence at Banco Azteca from August 2018 to February 2022. Rosa María also worked at Citibanamex for a significant period, where they served as the Subdirector of Human Factor and later as a Senior HR Generalist. During their time at Citibanamex, Rosa María played a pivotal role in implementing global HR strategies, improving performance management, and establishing effective communication channels between senior management and employees. Rosa María also led various talent attraction and development initiatives, including the successful launch of the "Alternative Workspaces" program, which impacted thousands of employees in Mexico. Rosa María's expertise and contributions have consistently made a positive impact on the organizations they have worked for.

From 1999 to 2002, Rosa María Rodríguez studied Psychology at Centro Universitario Mexico, earning a degree in Psychology.
