Joanna Büttner

Joanna Büttner has been working in the fashion industry for over 14 years. Joanna has a strong background in apparel pattern engineering and has held various roles at both BRP and adidas. Currently, they are the Apparel Pattern Engineer Lead at BRP since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at adidas for 14 years, starting as an Assistant Pattern Maker and progressing to Senior Manager Pattern Apparel for Originals. Joanna has also held roles as Manager Pattern Apparel for Originals Men & kids, Pattern Manager for Running, and Pattern Maker for Olympics. Their experience spans a wide range of responsibilities and showcases their expertise in pattern making and apparel design.

Joanna Büttner's education history includes a certification as an individual psychological coach and supervisor from VFTC - Verbund freier Trainer und Coaches (2021-2022), a diploma in pattern design/industrial pattern creation from IDEP BARCELONA Escuela Superior de Imagen y Diseño (UAO) (2005-2007), and a Fachhochschulreife in textile technology and clothing from Berufskolleg Humboldtstrasse Köln (2002-2005).
