Jose R. Benitez Pe (Ricky )

Jose R. ("Ricky") Benitez, PE, has extensive experience in the solar energy sector, having served as Owner and Principal Engineer for Distributed Power Systems, Inc. from October 2006 to September 2017. During this time, Ricky led multiple organizations, including PV Installers of Puerto Rico, LLC and Solar Designs and Permits, PSC, overseeing the execution of over 745 solar PV projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale sectors in Puerto Rico. Currently, as Design Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer at BRPH since October 2017, Ricky continues to leverage expertise in electrical engineering and project management.
