Glen Anderson AIRP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Beginning with their tenure at IBM Global Services, Glen worked as a Helpdesk Analyst, providing multilingual support. Glen then joined Monster.com, where they held various roles, including European Customer Services Coordinator, European Customer Services Manager, and Head of Professional Services for Global Customers. In these positions, Glen managed global accounts, implemented recruitment systems, provided training, and improved customer usage of Monster's products. Glen then worked at ChannelGrabber as an Interim Head of Service, managing a team of e-commerce service agents and improving ticket handling practices. After that, they served as the Internal Recruitment Manager for Brookfield Rose Group, doubling the size of the in-house web development and IT team and recruiting for various roles. Glen further expanded their recruitment expertise at Michael Page as an HR Recruitment Consultant and then joined CCA Recruitment Group as a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant and later as the Divisional Recruitment Lead for HR, L&D, Reward, and Analytics. Glen then managed the HR department for Search Consultancy, covering various HR roles and senior management positions. Most recently, Glen held the position of Regional Lead Recruiter at Zzoomm, where they partnered with senior managers to recruit talent for the company's fast-growing fibre network builds. Currently, they are working as a Recruitment Manager at Brsk. Through their career, Glen has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering high-quality talent and supporting companies in meeting their ambitious growth plans.

Glen Anderson AIRP has a diverse education history. In 1988 to 1995, they attended St. Edward's College in Liverpool, where they obtained four A-Levels in Spanish, French, Geography, and General Studies. From 1995 to 1999, they studied at the University of Portsmouth and earned a BA degree with Second Class Honors (2.1) in Spanish & Italian Studies. This degree covered various subjects, including the economy, business etiquette, history, culture, and language of Italy and Spanish-speaking countries.

In 2021, Glen Anderson AIRP pursued further education at Wigan & Leigh College (India) Ltd. and completed the CIPD Level 5 program in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, they obtained certification as a CIPD L5 Student Member from CIPD and became a Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner through Thomas International.
