Bram Smets

Bram Smets is a seasoned professional in strategic communication with a diverse background spanning over two decades. As the Founder of Brum Smith since August 2019 and Baldpr.com since July 2016, Bram has demonstrated expertise in agency management and social media strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Business Unit Director, Director of Business Development, and Account Director at Ketchum, where responsibilities encompassed crisis communications and brand & corporate PR. Bram also served as the Spokesperson and Media Relations Manager for Eurostar, leading communications for Continental Europe and engaging in stakeholder relations. Earlier roles included Senior PR Consultant at RCA PR Services and PR Consultant at Saatchi & Saatchi, along with an internship at AB Inbev. Education includes a Bachelor after Bachelor in International & Intercultural Communication and a Bachelor in Journalism from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen, complemented by training at Hyper Island. Additionally, Bram contributes to academia through guest lectures on crisis communications and media relations.
