Gary has successfully led teams and implemented cloud strategies using AWS, Azure, and Salesforce. Gary has also excelled in managing service delivery, support, operations, and engineering organizations to align with business goals and increase revenue. Gary has effectively managed large-scale infrastructures, including mailboxes and servers on a global scale, in addition to leading product planning and development. Their experience extends to technical support management and help desk operations. Gary's career began in the United States Air Force, where they served as an Information Manager.
