Megan Mabee

Megan Mabee is a Library Assistant at Brunswick County since June 2022, with diverse experience in various roles related to library services and education. Currently serving as a TBR Bibliologist and Writing Contributor for Book Riot since February 2020, Megan previously held positions as a Library Administrative Assistant at New Canaan High School from July 2019 to May 2022, and as an Assistant Textbook Manager and Bookseller at Barnes & Noble College from April 2016 to June 2019. Additional experience includes a graduate student library internship at Leland Middle School in early 2017 and various educational internships. Megan holds a Master's of Library and Information Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the same institution.
