Andrew Foerderer

Andrew Foerderer serves as the Vice President of Product Development & Engineering for both the Aluminum Boat Group and Pontoons at Brunswick Corporation since January 2021. Previously, Andrew held the position of Vice President of Product Engineering & Operations at Alumacraft Boat Co. from December 2016 to May 2019, where leadership of the executive team included overseeing product engineering and sourcing teams. Andrew's extensive career began at John Deere in June 2000, culminating in a role as Senior Product Program Manager in Global New Product Development after 16 years within the Crop Harvesting division, where responsibilities included managing major product programs with significant budgets. Andrew holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and both an Associate of Arts and Sciences and a Technical Diploma in Mechanical Drafting & Design from Central Lakes College.
