Dixie Kraege

Dixie Kraege, PHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with significant experience in HR leadership roles, particularly at Brunswick Corporation since September 2013, where current responsibilities include directing HR Shared Services and managing talent development efforts within the global IT organization. Previous positions at Brunswick include leading the HR function for Power Products during its acquisition by Mercury Marine and providing employee relations support.
