John Ceulers has extensive experience in customer service and process management, currently serving as the Process Manager for Baggage Customer & Passenger Services at Brussels Airport Company since November 2001. Prior to this role, John worked as a Customer Service Officer at Sabena from 1994 to 2001. In terms of education, John studied Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts at the Academy Music, Word & Dance from 2009 to 2012, and attended Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen from 1992 to 1995, as well as LUCA School of Arts in 1991-1992.
