Jim Sahene

Jim Sahene is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food service and retail industry. As CEO of Prestige Custom Manufacturing since October 2015, Jim leads a company recognized as the world leader in custom food trucks and trailers. Concurrently, Jim serves as CEO of Bruster's Real Ice Cream, guiding an executive team focused on enhancing sales and profitability across its 200-store franchise, including locations in South Korea and Guyana. Previously, Jim held the position of President at TCBY from April 1986 to June 2000, having started as a store manager when the chain had just over 200 stores. Jim's career commenced at Sheetz Convenience Stores as a store manager from February 1980 to January 1986, laying the foundation for future leadership roles. Jim's educational background includes studies at Hagerstown Junior College.
